Soulcalibur, the epitome of weapon fighting franchises, is back with a new installment of the series. Soulcalibur VI takes place during the 16th century, revisiting the events of the first Soulcalibur title to "uncover hidden truths". The game offers you spectacular head-to-head fights between weapon-wielding characters picked from a roster of warriors that includes many old faces from previous titles and also new surprises, like The Witcher, Geralt of Rivia.
Bandai Namco has chosen Unreal Engine as the graphics engine for the first time in franchise history, making the 3D characters graphics look more beautiful than ever before. Regarding the game mechanics, Soulcalibur VI is played similar to other games in the series, but new defensive moves called "Reversal Edges" will let you counterattack while guarding if executed correctly.
