The game is developed by Ganbarion and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It will be the first video game in the franchise to feature an open world environment. The game's battle system features stealth elements, and Luffy will be able to use the Observation Haki to see opponents through the walls. There are several combat techniques from the anime that are featured in the game too, like Luffy’s Gum-Gum abilities.
