Imagine an alternate reality where powerful beings known as ghouls live among us. They can disguise their appearance to look like humans, but they need to consume human flesh. On the other side, if you choose to side with the Investigators and fight for the future of humanity, your organization will provide you with a Quinque, a powerful weapon manufactured from an organ extracted from a ghoul. There are multiple types of Quinques, and even though they are not as powerful as the Kagunes of the ghouls they were taken from, they are the best weapons that investigators have to fight the ghouls since firearms are not effective in most cases.
