MIAZMA or the Devil’s Stone is a sequel to Yoomurjak’s Ring and the second episode of the Jonathan Hunt series. An FMV adventure, MIAZMA features live actors performing cinematic scenes throughout the game. In the tradition of Gabriel Knight and similar games, you follow the story and make choices that influence its flow.

MIAZMA follows Jonathan Hunt, a journalist who has returned to his native Romania for a well-deserved vacation. With his penchant for getting to the bottom of ancient mysteries, it’s not long before he becomes embroiled in yet another enigma. The brother of a friend has gone missing from the Nuclear Research Institute. But what starts out as a missing person’s case soon evolves into the theft of an ancient meteorite known as the Devil’s Stone. Is this stone valuable? A scientific marvel? Or perhaps something more sinister? Jonathan will certainly try to find out.

MIAZMA will have you traveling from place to place, interviewing people, and looking for clues. You will crack encrypted documents, solve puzzles, discover secrets, and face untold dangers. You only have your wits and your sharp instincts as a journalist to get you out of a tight spot. Will you be able to unravel the twisted secrets of the Devil’s Stone?
