Enslaved: Odyssey to the West is an action-adventure video game by Namco Bandai Games, released in 2010 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The story follows a peaceful Chinese villager named Trip who embarks on a desperate odyssey through a ruined post-apocalyptic world after her home is destroyed by mechanical creatures called slavers. Along the way, she meets Monkey, another survivor of the catastrophe. They reluctantly form an alliance and take it upon themselves to travel across hostile landscapes while being pursued by their captors.

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West combines fast-paced platforming and hack-and-slash combat with sophisticated AI (artificial intelligence), creating cinematic moments that blur the line between cutscene and gameplay.
