Just one day longer is the time that you have to claim a copy of Final Fantasy XIV for free on PlayStation 4. Square Enix announced a few days ago via Twitter that Final Fantasy XIV starter edition is available on PlayStation Store without having to pay a cent for it. This is a friendly reminder for those that are not playing Square Enix's MMORPG already and that would like to give it a try. The game allows you to explore Eorzea and share your adventures with other players online. All you have to do is visiting the PlayStation Store and claim your copy, then the game will be yours to keep forever. Like many other MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV is an online game that also requires a subscription to play it so the deal is better than you would think because the starter edition of Final Fantasy XIV comes with a 30-day free play period. Basically, that means that if you get the game before the promotion ends you will be able to play it for free for a whole month.

Although Final Fantasy XIV starter edition doesn't include any of the expansions released for the game so far, it is still a great way of checking what the game has to offer. The deal ends tomorrow, but you can download the game now, and then you will have a month to try it for free. After that you can decide if you subscribe to the game to continue playing it or not, and even find the best price to buy its expansions Stormblood, Heavensward, and Shadowbringers on our comparator.
If you are a fan of the Final Fantasy series you probably have your hands full with Final Fantasy VII Remake right now, but Final Fantasy XIV could be a great way of spending your free time if you are waiting for the next two parts of the game to be released.
