Luigi's Mansion 3 welcomes the first part of its multiplayer pack

Released in October 2019, more exactly for Halloween, Luigi's Mansion 3 was eagerly awaited by fans of the series. The reception of the game by the players was great and it became one of the biggest successes of the year on Nintendo Switch, winning even the fifth position of the best-selling physical games in France, all platforms combined, according to the SELL.

Nintendo had promised us additional content for Luigi's Mansion 3, in the form of a Multiplayer Pack split into two parts. The first one arrived earlier than expected, and it is already available. It includes three new outfits for the ScareScraper mode: Knight, Mummy, and Disco. They will give access to the players to three new floor themes and six kinds of themed ghosts that will appear when Luigi wears one of the new costumes, the medieval suite, the pharaonic suite, and the nightclub respectively. Three new ScreamPark games are also available: DodgeBrawl, River Bank, and Tricky Ghost Hunt.

 



In addition to the release of this first paid DLC, Luigi's Mansion 3 received a free update that adds content for all players. It is now possible to play the games in  ScreamPark solo, as a training mode in which there will be no opponent. The ScareScraper is also expanding with a mode comprising twenty floors, five new rare ghosts and the possibility of seeing ghosts appear in Defeat the Crows! and Collect the Gold! missions. A new Album section also appears in the menu, and it allows you to listen to the music of the game.

The second part of the Multiplayer Pack will be available on July 31 and it will bring similar content. Nintendo hasn't revealed any details yet, but the image above already gives us an idea of ​​what's to come.

As a reminder, if you want to enjoy the multiplayer of Luigi's Mansion 3 you need to have an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
