Resident Evil 3 will have its demo soon

We have to wait a little longer than two weeks until the release of the long-awaited remake of Resident Evil 3. After the huge success achieved last year by the new version of Resident Evil 2, Capcom's intention seems to be to make it even better since the new game will be accompanied by a multiplayer mode, Resident Evil Resistance. But, what if you didn't have to wait until the game was released on April 3 to play it?

That's exactly how it is today, since Capcom has announced a demo for Resident Evil 3, but also an open beta for Resident Evil Resistance. The demo will be available on Thursday, March 19, on PS4, Xbox One and PC via Steam. Xbox players will be able to enjoy it early morning, from 5 a.m. CET more exactly, while to play it on PC and PS4 it will be necessary to wait until 6 p.m. CET. Capcom did not specify what would be the exact form of this demo or its content, but it is possible that it will be the same used for the demo of Resident Evil 2, which allowed to play for 30 minutes. However, Capcom has revealed that the demo will contain 20 statues of Mr. Charlie that players can have fun finding in Racoon City, so the demo may be longer.

Meanwhile, the open beta of Resident Evil Resistance will run from March 27 to April 3, when the game will be officially available. It will be available at 8 a.m. CET on consoles, and at 6 p.m. CET on PC. The players will be able to embody only one of the Masterminds who will be present in the game, Daniel Fabron, whose specialty is controlling the biological weapon Tyrant. As for the survivors, all of them are supposed to be available.

In any case, this is an excellent opportunity to form an opinion on Resident Evil 3, as well as on its asymmetrical multiplayer mode. Of course, to get it at the best price, you can visit our comparator anytime.
