Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 looks spectacular on Xbox Series X

It's been a while since Paradox Interactive talked about the development of Vampire: The Masquerade- Bloodlines 2 and the Inside Xbox that took place yesterday has been the perfect place to show to the players what's going on with the game. They published a video that showcases gameplay scenes and makes a very good job transmitting the atmosphere of the World of Darkness. Although it may be considered a bit macabre, the footage perfectly represents the dichotomy of a city where the supernatural is hidden behind a veil of normality and it comes forth as a striking force that shocks everything in its way.

When the veil shatters normal people realize that there are unnatural forces that are beyond their comprehension working in the shadows of Seattle, and that is a fact that they are not ready to face. This is a fact that comes to your mind right at the beginning of the video when you see the puppet-like corpses. You may wonder what kind of disturbing motivation could have someone to do that, but then you realize that the scene is mimicking the way in which the vampires control human society in Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2. There is a lot going on behind the scenes and vampires follow different rules, but they are also immersed in a struggle for power and survival in their own ways.

Other than that, we can also see some of the vampiric powers that we will be able to use in the game, and it seems that no matter what path you choose, there will be plenty of options if you want to deal with your enemies in a forceful way in Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2.

Unfortunately, this new Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 video doesn't come accompanied with the announcement of a release date. The release of the game was originally scheduled for March 2020, but it as postponed and there is no news about when it will be available. Until then, we will just have to be happy with watching good it looks on Xbox Series X.
