Activision is fixing Black Ops 6 while adding content

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 was released with great success as the significantly large community that loves the series was eager to give it a try. The game offers an exciting experience based on three major pillars: an engaging and immersive campaign, a renewed Zombies experience, and the renowned Multiplayer PvP that has always been a favourite of the fans. Since last Friday, thousands of players have delved into those unique experiences and have dedicated many hours to enjoying the novelties that the game brings to the series. The reception of Black Ops 6 was very positive, and the game soon became a hit across all platforms. Also, its availability on Game Pass has contributed to generating a greater presence of players although it will probably have an impact on the number of copies sold.

Activision has done a great job addressing some issues that have been annoying Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 players during the weekend, and it released a large patch that addressed several bugs that mainly affected Multiplayer and Zombies. The first update was followed by a new one that landed yesterday and took care of some minor problems. However, there are some issues that still need to be fixed. Treyarch and Raven Software have an official list of problems that are to be addressed as soon as possible which you can check on Trello. However, the overall state of the game is quite good and everything seems to be ready for the first season of the game to kick off on November 14.

Heaps of content

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will receive a notable amount of additional content during the next year. Activision is already providing players with access to a new Multiplayer mode, Infected, and a new map, Nuketown, will be available next Friday. Infected is a PvP gameplay mode where you fight player-controlled zombies. If you go down, you will turn into a zombie and join a horde whose objective is to kill all living players. Meanwhile, the Nuketown map pays homage to the multiplayer scenario seen in previous installments in the series, offering you a new look at the classic experience.

However, the biggest amount of content will be released once Season 1 begins, including new maps, new modes, and more. The first piece of content to arrive will be the new Warzone Resurgence map Area 99, which definitely reminisces of Nuketown.

"Make sure your Black Ops 6 weapons are fully leveled up, and all your gear is unlocked and ready to go when Area 99 launches just over two weeks from now! Season 01 arrives on November 14, adding a colossal amount of free content like all-new Multiplayer maps and modes, a terrifying new in-season Zombies map, as well as the introduction of Omnimovement and Black Ops 6 weapons and Loadout features to Call of Duty: Warzone!"
