Assassin's Creed Valhalla update adds new puzzles to the game

Ubisoft is already working on the new Assassin's Creed but the creators of the popular series have not forgotten about its latest installment yet. After launching heaps of content for Assassin's Creed Valhalla in the form of several DLCs that are included in the Assassin's Creed Valhalla Season Pass, Ubisoft continues to expand the game via free updates that add novelties to the game. Update 1.6.1 arrives today with plenty of new additions, including a new settlement building and three new dungeons in the Tombs of the Fallen.

You can now build a Rune Forge in your settlement and use it to turn the perk of your gear into new runes. If you ever wanted to change the properties of your equipment to grant it additional effects, this new building will come in very handy. You can also sell the runes to gain a lot of money in the game.

Your final journey to the Tombs of the Fallen will have you exploring three new dungeons full of puzzles that will allow you to immerse even deeper into the lore of Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Update 1.6.1 also brings the return of a seasonal event, the Oskoreia Festival. You will be able to challenge the Wild Hunt and defend your settlement from evil spirits to unlock exclusive rewards from October 20 to November 10. The patch also addresses a series of minor bugs that still remained in the game.
