Cyberpunk 2077 will receive another huge patch

We are slowly getting close to the first anniversary of the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, and CD Projekt Red is still trying to solve some issues in its highly-anticipated open-world, action-adventure game. It's not that the game's current state is terrible, especially when you are not playing it on PS4 or Xbox One. However, the developer still has to deal with minor problems to enhance several aspects of its performance and gameplay. Nobody can complain about the developer abandoning Cyberpunk 2077 since the game has received an almost constant stream of updates since it was released.

Patch 1.3 brings a lot of improvements, gameplay and balance changes, and a large number of fixes in a wide range of categories. The most anticipated addition in this patch is the minimap rework, which can now be used as a functional navigating tool. You can check every detail about patch 1.3 in the official patch notes, but the list of changes is quite large. However, the patch also includes some additional content for Cyberpunk 2077 that comes in the form of a small DLC. It gives players access to an alternate appearance for Jhonny Silverhand, a couple of new fancy jackets for your character, and the new Archer Quartz Bandit vehicle. These will be available in the game after completing the Ghost Town mission.

It's good to see that CD Projekt Red is true to what they promised and that they continue working to make Cyberpunk 2077 the game that most of us think should have been at launch. However, eight months after the game's launch, many people wonder if it wouldn't have been better for the developer to postpone the release of the game and save both players and itself a good dose of drama and headaches.
