The recent announcement of the new PlayStation 5 Pro generated quite a controversy. It's not the capabilities of the enhanced version of Sony's console but it's the price which has disappointed many players. After all, paying $699 / £699 / €799 for a console is something that the fans of such platforms are not really used to, also because console games tend to be more expensive than PC ones. Yeah, you can always resort to our comparator to find the best deals on video games for any platform, but there are many players who won't pay such a high price for a PS5 Pro with no hard drive, no matter the improvements it brings. In any case, there are some developers already thinking of taking advantage of the new console's hardware and Blizzard is one of them.
Diablo executive producer Rod Fergusson has confirmed that Diablo IV will be ready for the PlayStation 5 Pro. The upcoming release of the Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred expansion, which will be available across all platforms tomorrow, will bring plenty of new content that will change the game forever. A new class, mercenaries, and a variety of new progression changes, enhancements, and legendary items to discover will significantly impact gameplay but players will also see some technical improvements. Fergusson has not detailed what kind of enhancements the Diablo IV team will add for the PS5 Pro version of the game, but we expect to have news on this matter very soon.
I've been getting this question quite a bit recently and I'm happy to say that Diablo IV and Vessel of Hatred will indeed be PS5 Pro Enhanced!

The Spiritborn will surely be a new favourite, but those who like to play other classes will surely find many reasons to continue playing them. Of course, if you haven't preordered the Diablo IV expansion yet, you should use our comparator to get Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred at the best price ahead of tomorrow's launch to delve into the new chapter of the story as soon as it's available.
