Formula 1 fans—it’s time to start your engines. F1 Manager 2023 now has a firm release date: July 31st.

Become a racing legend

This new season improves on the original F1 Manager 2022 with 23 new races as well as additional cars, circuits, events, drivers, and challenges. Career mode is back, and as a Sporting Director, you have to manage everything from your pit team to every detail of the car as it goes from the factory to the circuit. You must also handle pre-contracts, driver confidence, and weight considerations that will “require players to find a balance between car performance and reliability.”

First of the new features is the Visor Cam, which replicates actual lightweight cameras embedded in a driver’s helmet. The Visor Cam allows a new level of immersion as you watch the race right from the driver’s seat.

Next we have Race Replay, a mode that lets you take control of actual events in the current F1 season. You can choose between playing an entire circuit with your favorite team or selecting a specific racing moment where your decisions determine the outcome. By making the right choice at the right time, you can possibly change history. Frontier Developments plan to keep updating Race Replay with new scenarios as time goes by.

There’s a special treat for those who pre-purchase the Deluxe edition: they get to unlock the game four days earlier than the rest. They also get the Exclusive Scenarios Pack and three exclusive race moments.

F1 Manager 2023 will have its digital launch on July 31, 2023, for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, followed by a physical launch right after.
