Fuse arrives to Apex Legends next season

Even though the number of free-to-play battle royale games available to the players increases every year, Apex Legends has managed to carve a spot for itself among the most popular in the genre. The creators of Titanfall made quite a good job with the game and it had a spectacular launch that drew the attention of many players two years ago. Since then, the game has received quite a lot of updates and changes, and many new legends have been made available to the players. With the Season 8 of Apex Legends about to start, Respawn Entertainment has introduced Fuse, a new hero that will join the ranks of the Legends on February 2, 2021.

Fuse will be the 16th hero in Apex Legends and as you can see in the video above he is a "blow-up-first ask-questions-later kinda guy". He is keen of explosives and has demonstrable experience as a pit fighter in Salvo, where he managed to crown himself the Bonecage Champion. After he lost his right arm, it has been replaced with a mechanical one that is completely functional and also may hide some tricks inside if we believe some of the information recently revealed by data miners. His arm would have  a grenade launcher intrgrated and he also carries a massive cannon on his back that would be used his ultimate ability, The Motherlode, which will allow him to shoot rockets with it for incendiary damage.

The new character will be just one of the novelties that Season 8 is bringing to Apex Legends. King's Canyon has been reshaped and there will be a new lever-action rifle, the 30-30 Repeater, that will allow players to take enemies down from afar with high-caliber rounds. More information about Apex Legends Season 8 should be available before it kicks off next month.
