Gearbox will make several announcements at PAX Online on September 12

Although the latest DLC in the Borderlands 3 Season Pass, Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck, was announced last week and then shown in more detail at Gamescom, it looks like Gearbox still has some things in store for us.

PAX Online, which will take place from September 12 to 20, has been the place chosen by the publisher to make several announcements. We have an appointment on September 12 at 9.45 p.m. CEST for a "Digital Showcase" that will be focused on the future of the Borderlands series. But that is not the only thing in the program. We should also learn more about other Gearbox licenses, including Godfall, whose presence at the event has been confirmed via the official twitter account of the game. Since the launch of the game is scheduled for the end of the year, it's quite likely that we get to know an accurate release date.

Twitter has been the platform chosen to confirm the presence of several other games from Gearbox in the event, including Risk of Rain 2 and even Tribes of Midgard, whose launch is scheduled for 2021. The event will last for an hour and there should be some surprises. We are thinking of Homeworld 3 in particular, which is currently in development and whose release is scheduled for 2022, and there are some rumors saying that a Redux version of Tales from the Borderlands would be in the works.

Along with the news about Gearbox's digital showcase, Commander Lilith and the Battle for Sanctuary DLC for Borderlands 2 is available for free on the Epic Games Store. Released in 2019, Commander Lilith and the Battle for Sanctuary connects Borderlands 2 to Borderlands 3. To take advantage of this offer, just visit Epic Games Store before October 2 and add it to your library. However, you must have Borderlands 2 to play it.
