Ghostwire: Tokyo to release in March

PlayStation players will be quite busy in a couple of months as several games exclusive to Sony's consoles are launching. Horizon: Forbidden West will arrive next month, and Gran Turismo 7 will be available a few weeks later. Ghostwire: Tokyo is another good example of a game that has been in the works for a while, and that will finally see the light of day this year on PlayStation consoles. We expected to hear about its launch earlier, but the development process has taken a while, as it happened for most games in recent times due to the pandemic. It seems that the development has finally concluded, and the game is ready for release. Therefore, Bethesda has confirmed that Ghostwire: Tokyo will launch on March 25. The game will also be available on PC, but Xbox players will have to wait for a year at least before they can enjoy it.

Ghostwire: Tokyo was one of Bethesda's announcements at E3 2019, and it has been on the target of all horror video games fans since then. The main reason is that it's under development by Tango Gameworks, creators of The Evil Within and The Evil Within 2. These two big hits have paved the way for the new experience, and players are expecting a lot from the studio's new project. Ghostwire: Tokyo will be a completely different game, though, and it will put you in the midst of a city invaded by supernatural beings. The majority of Tokyo's citizens have vanished instantly as the result of some ritual perpetrated by a dangerous occultist. The city is overrun by evil spirits known as Yokai, and you are the only one able to fight them thanks to elemental powers that have awakened in you. The game will offer an immersive and exciting experience that will pit you against occult forces and the unknown in a desperate quest to save your family.

We will be able to discover more things about Ghostwire: Tokyo in a showcase that will take place tonight on PlayStation's YouTube channel. Meanwhile, you can check the best prices to purchase your Ghostwire: Tokyo code ahead of release on our comparator.
