Little Nightmares 2 is a success

For those that have played Little Nightmares in the past, it may not come as a surprise, as the horror adventure created by Tarsier Studios is quite an enjoyable game that mixes platforming and puzzles to create a unique gameplay experience. But Litte Nightmares 2 has become a hit that has sold over one million copies just a month after it was released, proving that it's as exciting and interesting as its predecessor. The new gameplay mechanics in the game, which allows you to make Mono and Six interact in several ways in order to solve puzzles as they try to reach the Signal Tower, contribute to creating a brand new experience that feels completely fresh while maintaining the same eerie atmosphere that made the original Little Nightmares so popular.

A single month has been enough to draw the attention of quite a lot of players, and publisher Bandai Namco has already stated how proud they are of Little Nightmares 2 and its results. Senior Vice President Marketing, Content and Digital at the company has revealed it in an official statement:

"We're very proud of the success of Little Nightmares and really grateful with how fans have embraced the universe through the games and the comics, putting their minds to work to find the wildest theories about Little Nightmares. These are two important milestones for a franchise that we have nurtured and grown within BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe and would not be possible without the amazing support from the Little Nightmares community. We can't wait to share with you what's next in the Little Nightmares universe."

His statement implies that it's quite possible that we may see new installments in the series coming in the future. But it's definitely too soon for talking about that. Little Nightmares 2 is a jewel that many players have yet to discover, and whether they are planning on expanding the universe of the game via DLC or a new sequel, they should leave us enough time to enjoy Little Nightmares 2.
