Monster Hunter Rise will include screen filters on PC

We have been talking a lot about Monster Hunter Rise lately. The upcoming release of the game on PC has made it a hot topic in the news, and we have already discussed the announcement of its next expansion, its system requirements, and more. With the release date around the corner, it's time to pack things up and get ready to play the game, and Capcom has launched the final countdown with the publication of the official launch trailer of Monster Hunter Rise on PC.

The trailer showcases some of the visual improvements that the players will enjoy. Monster Hunter Rise will take advantage of the superior graphics capabilities of the PC to deliver far better graphics than the console version. It will support ultrawide screens and 4K resolutions with HR textures and uncapped framerate, as well as a variety of customization options that will let you play the game with the best possible configuration. On top of that, the Monster Hunter Rise PC version will include several filters that will change the style of the game visuals, including Black & White, Sepia, Japanese Style, Warring Lands Style, and a Cinema variant for the first two in the list. With some of them, it looks like you are playing a completely different game, but the thrilling gameplay of Monster Hunter Rise will continue to be the same.

The only problem with the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise is that Capcom seems unable to implement cross-play or cross-save. Therefore, you will have to start from scratch if you play the game via Steam on January 12th. If you want to have a better idea of how the game will run on your PC, there is a Monster Hunter Rise demo available on Steam that you can try for free.
