The day has finally arrived. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is getting a new patch today. The expansion seems to be a reliable source of additional content for the already massive base game, as it's receiving updates with new monsters and features. Today's patch will add the Lunar Nargacuda, whose description has been added to the official website of the game:
"Last seen in 2013's Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Lucent Nargacuga refracts moonlight off its bright white fur to become nearly invisible, save for its piercing red eyes. Its relentless attacks and incredible swiftness make it a punishing target for even the most experienced hunters. This agile predator makes its roost in the newly redesigned Forlorn Arena, defined by crumbling stone buildings and colonnades. As if one unseen foe wasn't enough to handle, hunters must also prepare for Seething Bazelgeuse to crash the party with its incredibly volatile explosive scales."
As you can see, there will be plenty of new challenges with the update, which also includes new weekly events and a revamp of the quest system with the new Anomaly Investigation Quests. The system introduces missions with randomized conditions that the hunters will be able to complete to unlock new challenges and rewards, including new afflicted bosses.
If you own Monster Hunter Rise and you are yet to discover its expansion, it's a great time to visit our comparator to get Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak cheap, as it will take your gameplay to a new level with additional weapon skills and content. Keep in mind that Capcom will continue to expand the game with more updates. The following one has been announced for September. All of them will be free, of course, but you don't want to miss them for not having the expansion.
