Multiplayer arrives to Sackboy: A Big Adventure

Little Big Planet has made the fans of platformers dream for quite a long time. Even though they are exclusive to PlayStation the three games in the original trilogy earned a lot of followers for themselves with their mini-games and puzzles, and their popularity has served as the foundation for the creation of a series of spinoff games. Most of those are starred by the protagonist of the original games, Sackboy, a fluff-stuffed plushie that is also the main character in the latest game of the license, Sackboy: A Big Adventure.

Developer Sumo Digital launched this new adventure in November and since then the fans of the series have had at their disposal plenty of new content to explore with their favorite character. Sackboy: A Big Adventure abandons 2.5D graphics to offer you a platforming experience in 3D for the first time in the series. Challenging puzzles and a lot of surprises have been a source of joy during the last few weeks, but one important aspect of the Sackboy: A Big Adventure was missing from the game at launch. It was supposed to include multiplayer gameplay for up to four people, but this feature has not been added until a few days ago.

You can now play through the campaign in Sackboy: A Big Adventure accompanied by three other friends, and you all can explore a total of ten new stages that have been designed with cooperative gameplay in mind. You can have fun either trying to get through them coordinating your efforts with your friends or just trying to block them from completing each level. Multiplayer gameplay is cross-generational in Sackboy: A Big Adventure, so players that own the game on PlayStation 4 won't have any problems having fun with those that have it on PlayStation 5.
