New mod for The Witcher 3 allow players to create their own characters

In May, CD Projekt officially announced the release of REDkit, a comprehensive and advanced free modding tool for The Witcher 3. This valuable tool gives modders greater control over the game than ever before, making the experience of revisiting The Witcher 3 more exciting. Since then, a large number of interesting mods have appeared, and now, a brand new mod has been released that takes the game experience to a whole new level.

The mod, created by nikich340 on Nexus, allows players to replace the game's main character, Geralt, with a character of their own choice. Players can now freely build their character from scratch, allowing them to play as any Witcher, Witcheress, or Sorceress by using the existing NPC models in the game, outfits, or even creating a unique character.

For female players, the mod has retargeted animations to female movements for both gameplay and cutscenes, making the female character models move more accurately, and it also includes a female Geralt voice for all languages. A new magical combat mechanic and new quests for Sorceresses have also been added, complete with full dialogue.

If you're tired of seeing Geralt every time you play the game and want a fresher journey in The Witcher 3, this is the mod for you. For those who haven't experienced this game yet, although it is quite old, The Witcher 3 remains one of the best games in terms of storytelling and is definitely a game everyone should try.
