Nvidia has unveiled a brand-new display driver intended for owners of Nvidia graphics cards, bringing positive developments for those who have managed to acquire an RTX 50 series GPU for their systems. The newly released 572.60 WHQL driver is said to resolve the various black screen issues that have been affecting users of the latest generation of GPUs.
For SteamVR users equipped with an RTX 50 series GPU, Nvidia has also tackled a “display stutter” problem that impacted some applications. This remedy is expected to provide a more seamless VR experience for Blackwell GPU users. Below are the complete release notes for Nvidia’s updated drivers.
In addition to the fixes, the driver introduces support for DLSS 4 in Naraka Bladepoint, as well as in the action game released today by Capcom, Monster Hunter Wilds. Nvidia claims that when compared to "brute-force rendering," the implementation of Multi Frame Generation on Naraka Bladepoint will allow RTX 5090 owners to play the game at over 590 FPS in 4K with all settings maxed out.
