Observation gets a release date

Observation, the sci-fi thriller published by Devolver Digital has been confirmed to launch on May 21st. The release date for the game created by No code, the developers of Untold Stories, was confirmed during yesterday's State of Play stream. Sony attempted to come up with something similar to what Nintendo already does on it´s Nintendo Direct streams, and even though it seems that the public didn´t like the event much it´s true that we could see some interesting reveals and announcements. We got to see some videos and updates about upcoming PlayStation 4 titles like Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, Days Gone, Mortal Kombat 11, or Marvel's Iron Man VR and No Man SKy VR for PlayStation VR among other games.

One of those other games is Observation, an upcoming thriller that will lead us to discover what´s behind the disappearance of the whole crew of the Observation space station. The perspective to do so is quite unique because we will play as S.A.M., the station´s artificial intelligence. We will follow the story through the surveillance cameras controlling the main systems of the station to help Dr. Emma Fisher to discover what´s happening in this isolated place. Observation features a captivating narrative that will keep you hooked to the screen as the story progresses. It´s one of those adventures where the closer you are to the end the more intrigued you are. It kind of reminds of 2001: A Space Odyssey, but this time you will be taking the place of HAL, with both you and Emma trapped inside a creepy and seemingly empty space station.

Devolver Digital's title is ready for a release on May 21st for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR. Observation is available on PC too but you can only get it through Epic Games Store. You can check our comparator to find the best prices before the game launches.
