Recently, rumors circulated regarding PocketPair's famous game, Palworld, suggesting a shift towards a live-service game with a free-to-play model based on earlier comments from PocketPair’s CEO. However, in a definitive statement, the team at PocketPair has put those foolish ambitions to rest and confirmed that Palworld won' be adopting this approach. It was revealed that the rumors were based mostly on an interview that was conducted ‘several months ago’ when PocketPair was just starting with Palworld and hadn't decided the game’s future.
