Star Wars Jedi: Survivor officially confirmed

We talked about several leaks involving the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order not too long ago. The unofficial name of the game and possible launch date were to be confirmed by Electronic Arts. It seems that the reports on the game have turned out to be true, according to yesterday's reveal. EA has published a new teaser that confirms Star Wars Jedi: Survivor as the name of the new game inspired by the sci-fi saga and gives us some insight into the story.

The return of Cal Kestis

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will continue the story of Cal Kestis in the aftermath of the execution of the infamous Order 66, which was supposed to put an end to all the Jedis across the galaxy. As all Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order players know, Cal is a former Jedi padawan who the Inquisition is hunting. The appearance of the Grand Inquisitor in the video confirms that the conflict between the Jedi and the dark forces will reach a new peak during the new game. There's a lot of speculation already about the identity of the guy with long hair inside the water tank, who has become one of the hot topics after the reveal. The story may take unexpected paths in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Developer Respawn Entertainment will reveal more details about Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in the coming months, but the fans have enough to keep them busy speculating for a while with the new video.
