The Thaumaturge is one of those games that has not received the attention it deserves for one or other reason. Developed by Fool's Theory, this isometric RPG adventure was released last March for PC after an initial delay. Even though it can't be considered one of the biggest releases of the year, its numbers were good enough at launch to demonstrate that the game is worth a look. The game had a fairly good reception and positioned itself above most games released in the same period. However, the most important detail about The Thaumaturge is that most of its reviews are very positive. This is something very important for it to face its next stage, which is the release on PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

The Thaumaturge is finally available to play on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. The game was released yesterday and developer Fool's Theory offers those interested in the game a new presentation of the game via the official launch trailer for consoles. The console ports feature controls specially adapted for the new platforms, but the essence of the game has not been altered at all.

As Wiktor Szulski, a master of mystical arts who uses his powers to investigate and solve crimes, you navigate the city of Warsaw in 1905 while trying to find details about the mysterious death of Wiktor's father. Featuring a mix of isometric RPG mechanics, beautiful scenarios, historical accuracy, exciting turn-based combat, and a deep story, The Thaumaturge is a very solid option for those looking for an immersive game where your choices determine the course of the adventure.
