If you want to assess your PC's performance, take a look at 3DMark or PCMark 10.
VRMark is a high-performance software tool designed to test the capability of a computer system for running Virtual Reality (VR) games. It provides users with detailed scores that reflect the VR-readiness of their system. This software goes beyond simple hardware specifications and provides real-world measures of performance, taking into account a multitude of factors including the processor, graphics card, and overall system configuration.
VRMark comes equipped with three distinct VR benchmarking tests. These tests can be executed on your standard monitor without the need for a VR headset or can be run on a connected Head-Mounted Display (HMD). Upon completion of each test, VRMark provides a clear verdict on whether your PC meets the necessary standards for VR readiness. If your system falls short, VRMark details the extent of this deficiency. The software also allows you to verify if your PC fulfills the specific requirements of popular VR platforms like HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
